Terms of Service
These terms govern the Summit Presence website and automation service. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
Subscription and billing
The Summit Presence service is a monthly subscription billed in advance in USD. Your billing date is the date your subscription begins and recurs monthly on that date. You authorize us to charge the recurring fee each month until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime with effect at the end of the paid period. To cancel, email joshua@summitpresence.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current paid month.
Refunds
There are no refunds for partial months already started. If you cancel mid-month, the service remains active until the end of that paid month.
Scope of service
The standard plan covers one website of up to 5 pages, online booking, automatic Google review requests, missed-call text-back, lead capture into one inbox, up to 2 small edits per month, and a monthly results summary. Anything beyond this scope — additional pages, custom features, integrations, or extra edits — is quoted separately.
Domain ownership
You own your domain. It is registered in your name, and you retain full ownership and control of it at all times.
Hosting and takedown
We host your website on our platform. If your subscription ends, or if a payment fails and is not resolved within a 5-day grace period, your website will be taken down. You retain your domain and may point it elsewhere.
Third-party providers
The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, messaging, and review platforms. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for outages or changes caused by these providers.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific results, including leads, bookings, reviews, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and customer demand.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits.
Fair use of SMS and calls
SMS messages and calls are provided on a fair-use basis. Heavy or abusive usage may be billed at cost, and we will notify you before any additional charges apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.
