Who we are
Summit Presence is a trading name of Tradek EOOD, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. Tradek EOOD is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our services. Contact: joshua@summitpresence.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide through our contact form — your name, business name, email, phone, and message. For clients, we also collect the business data needed to build and run your website, such as services, hours, photos, and booking details.
Why we collect it
We use your information to provide the service: to build and host your website, connect booking and messaging, request reviews, respond to your enquiries, and send your monthly results summary. We do not use your data for any unrelated purpose.
Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with clients, to respond to enquiries you send us, and where we have a legitimate interest in running our business. Where consent is required, we ask for it.
Processors we use
We rely on third-party processors to deliver the service, including website hosting, payments via Stripe, and messaging providers for SMS and review requests. Each processor processes data only as needed to provide their service, under their own terms.
We do not sell your data
We never sell your personal data to anyone. We only share it with the processors listed above as needed to run the service, or where required by law.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months if you don't become a client. Client data is kept for the duration of the subscription and up to 6 months after it ends, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, invoices and accounting records).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email joshua@summitpresence.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
