Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. Here is how previews, billing, and cancellations work.

Free preview

We build your website first, at no cost, for you to preview. No payment is required to see your preview, and there is no obligation to continue.

Cancelling

You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date by emailing joshua@summitpresence.com. Cancellation stops future charges from the next billing cycle.

Partial months

There are no refunds for partial months already started. If you cancel mid-month, the service stays active until the end of the paid period.

Preview takedown

If you decide not to continue, the free preview is taken down after 7 days. You owe nothing.
